Rehearsal Dinner Catering Tips by Premier DFW Catering
A rehearsal dinner is a way to say thank you to everyone who is involved in the wedding, as well as thanking close friends and family for being there through the process. What better way to thank them than through Premier DFW catering, Gil’s Elegant Catering? We have a couple of types of menus that we think would be great for a rehearsal dinner setting.
- First off, do a small buffet! We have multiple buffet food options to choose from. This is a great option because it allows people to get more or less, depending on how much food they are wanting. It works really well for rehearsal dinners because there is not much of a line, either.
- You could also do a seated dinner! If you’re having a more formal rehearsal dinner, this is the way to go. This would be an even bigger thank you to everyone involved because they don’t have to do anything to get their food, it is served directly to them.
- Since everyone that you are very close to is at the rehearsal dinner, consider doing family style. This is where there are platters at each table and guests serve themselves. It’s a little bit like a buffet, but without having to get up.
- Lastly, if you need to save on the rehearsal dinner or just want something smaller, go for hors d’oeurvres. Everyone loves small bites. Even the smallest thank you, is a thank you.
